Applications are invited for a Research Associate in PKPD modelling, in the=
 Division of Pharmacy and Optometry. The post will be tenable on a fixed te=
rm basis of 24 months in the first instance.

You will become a member of the Centre of Applied Pharmacokinetic Research =
(CAPKR) and be fully involved in a project entitled 'Development of Integra=
ted population PKPD and PBPKPD models' You will hold a PhD in a biomedical,=
 mathematics/statistics, engineering, pharmaceutical or systems modelling r=
esearch area, and have a background in pharmacometrics, PKPD or PBPK modell=
ing. Previous experience in mixed effects modelling and associated software=
 packages as well as working with industrial partners, would be desirable. =
Emphasis will be placed on knowledge of biostatistics and developing public=
ation record.
