Pharmacometrics PostDoc opening at University Children ’s Hospital Basel, Switzerland

The Pediatric Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics Research Center at the Unive=
rsity Childrens Hospital in Basel, Switzerland has an opening for a Post=
Doc position in Pharmacometric Modeling.
The successful candidate will work in hypo- and hyperthyroidism modeling in=
 newborns, children and adults with the goal to support individualized dosi=
ng recommendations. This project is part of a close collaboration with Endo=
crinology and Mathematical Departments. We further offer the opportunities =
(i) to get involved in coordination of clinical studies, and/or (ii) to col=
laborate with a Computational Systems Biology Group and/or a Machine Learni=
ng Group.
Excellent knowledge in NLME (NONMEM or Monolix) and R is required. Addition=
al skills such as machine learning, software development and interest in op=
timal dosing algorithms are an advantage. The candidate should be self-moti=
vated, career-oriented and interested in a multidisciplinary work environme=
nt. Anticipated start would be June/July 2019.
