ulation for Decision Making in Drug Development andTherapeutics".

Abstract: Planning and execution ofquantitative support for drug developmen=
t decision making is a challengingendeavor requiring collaboration and clea=
r communication across multipledisciplines. In order to be effective and in=
formative, modeling and simulationbased guidance should be derived from the=
combined efforts of technical M&Sscientists, clinical pharmacologists, sta=
tisticians, clinical domain experts, development team decision-makers, and o=
thers as needed to address specificquestions. Traditional process-flows for=
