* The Associate Director of Clinical Pharmacology will be a subject=
 matter expert in DMPK, classical and quantitative clinical pharmacology.

* Responsibilities include leveraging translational approaches to =
streamline clinical development and define the optimal dose/route/regimen o=
f a therapeutic candidate. This will include stage 1 through post marketing=

* Will be a Clinical Pharmacology leader on development teams for p=
ipeline molecules in nonclinical and clinical development.

* Depending on seniority, the successful candidate may also be cons=
idered for leadership of cross-functional development teams.

* Additionally, the individual will be accountable for Clinical Ph=
armacology aspects of regulatory filings along with presentation of results=
 and key messages to internal teams, executive management and external coll=

* As a senior member in the Clinical Pharmacology organization, thi=
s individual will mentor junior scientists, may have direct management resp=
onsibility and will be instrumental in the further advancement of Clinical =


PhD or pharmD with 6+ years of industry experience in Clinical Pharmacology=
 with strong PK/PD skills, extensive knowledge of pharmacokinetic concepts,=
 DMPK knowledge and pharmacokinetic analysis software (e.g., Phoenix WinNon=
lin) . Should also possess excellent writing and verbal communication skill=
s and experience in regulatory interactions and ideally skills with tools f=
or popPK modeling such as NONMEM or PBPK modeling such as simcyp/gastroplus
