Janssen Research & Development, L.L.C., a Johnson & Johnson company, is off=
ering a 2-year postdoctoral fellowship position in Pharmacometrics/Quantita=
tive Sciences at our Spring House, PA location (preferably), or in Raritan/=
Titusville, NJ, locations.
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow to join our group at =
Janssen. Our team will benefit from the Fellows advanced training and in=
 turn contribute to their professional development. As a Postdoctoral Fello=
w you will:

  * Support translational modeling projects in oncology and across differ=
ent therapeutic areas.
  * Conduct data analysis of disease pathophysiology, preclinical PKPD mo=
dels, biomarkers, and/or calculation of probability of success/risk analysi=
  * May provide analysis of published data to support bridging between cl=
inical and preclinical endpoints;
  * Participate in drug development teams to learn about the roles and re=
sponsibilities of clinical pharmacology/pharmacometrics in drug development=
 under pharmaceutical industry settings.
An ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacoki=
netics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering, have experience wi=
th computation software applications such as R, MATLAB, SAS, or NONMEM; hav=
e experience in analyzing data describing biologic or PK/PD systems, prefer=
ably using a non-linear mixed effects modeling approach, and have an unders=
tanding of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
