Position Description:
Director level scientist with clinical and nonclinical pharmacology, quanti=
tative PK/PD, and translational medicine expertise. He/she will support new=
 and existing drug development with focus in nonclinical TK, DMPK, ADME, PG=
x, and translational medicine. He/she will report to the Global Translation=
al Medicine Doctor, as well as mentor junior and senior level direct report=
s. Will work intensively with regulatory agencies (domestic and internation=
al) on filing regulatory documents (NDAs).

Direct the clinical development plan, synopsis preparation, clinical phase =
oversight, and reporting.
Leadership of a multifunctional study team focused on clinical studies thro=
ugh design, delivery, and reporting, as well as ensuring scientific account=
Responsible for ensuring optimal doses and dosage regimens in patients.
Support leadership in regulatory interactions.
Integrate the knowledge of PK/PD, quantitative modeling and simulation, dru=
g development, TK, and nonclinical PK (ADME and DMPK).

Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or other related discipline
Experience in managing clinical scientists
Experience with relevant software applications and PK modeling and simulati=
on (NONMEM, Matlab, WinNonlin, etc.)
