The successful applicant will lead a group of 3 PhD-level scientists suppor=
ting projects across Pfizer's Cardiovascular and Metabolic Disease; Inflamm=
ation and Immunology; and Rare Disease areas. A key accountability is to e=
nsure fit-for-purpose quantitative approaches to human translation across e=
very program within these therapeutic areas. Delivery will require hands o=
n support as well as working through direct reports. A core technical comp=
onent is the development of mathematical models capable of supporting drug =
design, candidate selection and early clinical development. The successful=
 candidate will establish productive working relationships with key partner=
