Program DetailsWith RNAi technology, we have the opportunity to treat disea=
se and impact the lives of patients in a fundamentally new way. Alnylam Sum=
mer Internships are designed to develop practical biotech industry knowledg=
e and soft skill advancement, while contributing to the company’s o=
verall mission and goals.  As Alnylam heads towards commercialization,=
 there are a number of departments with meaningful internships available th=
at balance professional development and support organizational needs during=
 this exciting transition. Interns will also participate in companywide fun=
ctions such as Annual Community Service Day, Summer Outing, as well as even=
ts & development programs designed exclusively for students. Applicant=
s will be directed to choose from the following internships by area of inte=
rest: Research, Finance, Commercial & Marketing, Medical Affairs, Quality A=

Summer Intern Position in Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics Jo=
b Description:Through this program, intern will gain experiencein util=
ity of quantitative methods in supporting RNAi therapeutics fordrug develop=
ment of orphan disease indications. The students may interact withclinician=
s, biometrics, research, DMPK, or clinical pharmacology scientists.Dependin=
g on the interests of the interns following projects may be assigned·=

tical Sciences, Bioengineering, AppliedMathematics/Statistics, or a related=
 field. Eligible to work on a full-timebasis during the internship dur=
ation. Proficiency with quantitativesoftware e.g. Phoenix, R, and NONMEM St=
rong understanding of fundamentals of PKPD and hierarchicalmodeling of cont=
inuous and non-continuous endpoints. Exposure to Bayesianapproaches is high=
