About the department
The Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology (QCP) department supports the entire=
 Novo Nordisk development portfolio with model-based analyses from first in=
 human trials to registration. We are a team of dedicated modelling scienti=
sts with an important role in the development of new drugs at Novo Nordisk =
as responsible for designing, analysing, interpreting, communicating and re=
porting quantitative clinical pharmacology information at all stages of cli=
nical drug development.

The job
As Modelling Scientist you will have an important role in the development o=
f new drugs at Novo Nordisk. You will be part of multidisciplinary project =
teams where you will be responsible for developing modelling analysis plans=
 for the project and follow them to completion. The position is located in =
Søborg, Denmark

You hold a university degree, e.g. statistics, engineering, pharmacy or oth=
er, preferably complemented by a PhD. You must have in depth understanding =
of pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, statistical methodology, and data int=
erpretation as well as hands-on experience performing model-based analyses =
using S-PLUS/R and/or NONMEM. You are innovative with a high degree of inde=
pendence, result and quality oriented, and thrive in a continuously changin=
g environment with tight deadlines. You appreciate an informal atmosphere a=
nd act as a dedicated team player. As your colleagues will have different a=
cademic backgrounds, good presentation, communication and negotiation skill=
s are essential. You are fluent in English both orally and written.
